I used to keep every idea hidden until it was polished. It turns out that sharing drafts early invites collaboration and surfaces blockers faster.
Running projects in the open doesn't mean publishing everything. It means showing enough of the thinking, the trade-offs, and the next steps so people can join in.
It also makes it much easier to look back and see how decisions evolved—a lightweight project diary of sorts.
